FROM THE M1. Junction 10. Approximate time 8mins:

At first roundabout go straight on (A1081 Airport Way) signposted Hitchin.

Then straight on at the next four roundabouts following the A505 towards Hitchin.

At the fifth roundabout (Vauxhall Way Roundabout) turn right (still on the A505 toward Hitchin.)

At Stopsley Green Roundabout turn left on to Hitchin Rd signposted Luton Regional Sports Centre.

Go past the shops and at the Memorial next to "Coffee Express" turn right in to St Thomas’s Rd.

Past the Church and then turn right in to the Sports centre.

FROM BEDFORD Approximate time 45mins

Take the A6 (signposted Luton).

Continue on the A6 going through Elstow and Clophill.

Continue on A6 using the Bedford Rd, Barton Le Clay Bypass, Luton Rd, Barton Rd and New Bedford Rd.

At the Stockingstone Roundabout turn left onto Stockingstone Road.(A5228 signposted Hitchin)

At Traffic lights go straight on.

At Round Green Roundabout turn left onto Hitchin Rd. (signposted Hitchin)

At Vauxhall Way roundabout go straight on into Stopsley Way A505 signposted Hitchin. (Dual carriageway).

At Stopsley Green Roundabout turn left on to Hitchin Rd signposted Luton Regional Sports Centre.

Go past the shops and at the Memorial next to "Coffee Express" turn right in to St Thomas’s Rd.

Past the Church and then turn right in to the Sports centre.

FROM CAMBRIDGE via Baldock,Letchworth and Hitchin  

Approximate time 70 mins

Follow the A1134 from Cambridge.

At traffic lights go straight on joining the A1309 and entering Trumpington.

Straight on at the next lights and then at the roundabout take the second exit onto the A10 signposted Royston and Harston.

Go through Harston and Foxton.

Five miles from Foxton, at the roundabout, join the A505 (signposted Baldock)

From Baldock continue on the A505 following signs for Letchworth and Hitchin.

From Letchworth continue on A505 following signs for Hitchin.

From Hitchin continue on A505 following signs for Luton. (One Way System!! Keep on right hand side)

Continue on A505 (Dual Carriageway) entering Luton.

After the first new roundabout, beware Speed Camera.

Second roundabout is the Stopsley Green Roundabout. Take the third exit onto Hitchin Rd.  (signposted Luton Regional Sports Centre)

Go past the shops and at the Memorial next to "Coffee Express" turn right in to St Thomas’s Rd.

Past the Church and then turn right in to the Sports centre.
